Having gathered extensive industry knowledge, our Blackburn based Client could see that there was a better way to deliver aluminium bi-folding doors to the trade. In 2014 they formed their manufacturing business offering a level of quality and certainty that had not been seen in the fenestration market before.
By perfecting manufacturing processes, investing heavily in their operations and training their fabrication to manufacture aluminium glazing products with skill and precision, they became a leader in the market, transforming how the trade buys aluminium windows and doors.
The first step was to make buying aluminium glazing as straightforward and simple as buying PVCu. Aluminium offered more opportunities for installers – it wasn’t a saturated market and it offered higher profit margins. Historically, buying aluminium windows and doors had been a bad experience for installers, with high-levels of remakes and long lead times. They have transformed this by delivering aluminium bi-fold doors in one week unglazed, two weeks glazed.
Due to unprecedented demand for their products, they are looking to recruit a number of Telesales Executives to work from their Offices in Blackburn. The company is generating more than 150-200 leads daily and so is looking for closers!
- Highly Self Motivated
- Strong Communicator (in English)
- Strong Sales Closer
- Well Organised
- At least 12-18 months Sales Experience (in a Similar Telesales Role) or Customer Services Experience looking to move into a Sales Position
- Must be prepared to pick up the phone to Close the Sales
- Ability to build Rapport
Salary / Package
- Up to £20k basic
- OTE of around £30k – uncapped
- 9-5pm Office based
- 20 days holidays + bank holidays
